Cancellation Order Policy 


We understand that circumstances may require order cancellations. Below are the terms of our cancellation and refund policy:


1. Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee of 30% of the total order amount will be applied to all cancellations. This fee covers:

  • Administrative costs
  • Banking charges incurred
  • Other miscellaneous expenses wherever available or applicable and will be mentioned in the Refund Breakdown


2. Refund Amount

Customers will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the total order amount after deducting the cancellation fee.


3. Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be initiated by contacting our customer support team at support email [email protected] .

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 30 - 60 business days to the original payment method used.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Return Policy (if applicable).


5. Banking Charges

Any additional banking fees during the refund process are borne by the customer.
